The User has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the page created by PTH INDUSTRIES, thereby showing interest in the information published on the network. By joining our page, the User gives us consent to process the personal data published on their profile.
The User may access the Privacy Policies of the social network at any time, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy. PTH INDUSTRIES has access to and processes public information about the User, especially their contact’s name. This data is used only within the social network itself and is not incorporated into any file.
With regard to the rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure, portability, and objection, as well as withdrawal of consent, the User may exercise them before PTH INDUSTRIES, considering the following details:
- Access: Defined by the functionality of the social network and the ability to access information from Users’ profiles.
- Rectification: Can only be fulfilled with respect to information under the control of PTH INDUSTRIES, for example, deleting comments posted on the page itself.
- Erasure and/or Objection: Can only be fulfilled with respect to information under the control of PTH INDUSTRIES, for example, no longer being connected to the page.
- Restriction: Defined by the functionality of the social network.
- Portability: Only applicable to information under the control of PTH INDUSTRIES.
PTH INDUSTRIES will carry out the following actions:
- Access to the public information of the User’s profile.
- Publication on the User’s profile of information already published on the PTH INDUSTRIES page.
- Sending personal and individual messages through social network channels.
- Page status updates that will be published on the User’s profile.
The User may control their connections, remove content that is no longer of interest, and restrict with whom they share their connections by accessing the social network’s privacy settings.
- Posts
Once the User has joined the PTH INDUSTRIES page, they may post comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the social network. The User declares that they own the content published or that they have the necessary rights and authorizations.
Any content that is contrary to morality, ethics, good taste, or public order is expressly prohibited, as well as any content that infringes intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to one’s image, or current regulations. PTH INDUSTRIES reserves the right to immediately remove such content and, where appropriate, block the responsible User.
PTH INDUSTRIES is not responsible for content freely posted by Users. Published images will not be stored in any proprietary file, although they will remain on the social network.
- Contests and promotions
PTH INDUSTRIES reserves the right to hold contests and promotions in which Users joined to its page may participate. The terms of each promotion will be published on the corresponding social network, in compliance with applicable regulations. The social network does not sponsor, endorse, or administer any of these promotions.
- Advertising
PTH INDUSTRIES will use social networks to advertise its products and services. If direct commercial prospecting actions are carried out, this will always be done in accordance with current data protection regulations and the LSSI-CE. Recommending the PTH INDUSTRIES page to other Users will not be considered advertising.
