1 Introduction

PTH INDUSTRIES EUROPE, S.L. (hereinafter, PTH INDUSTRIES) informs the User that the website www.xpro-tools.com and its derived domains (hereinafter, the websites) are the responsibility of PTH INDUSTRIES.
PTH INDUSTRIES states that the data processed are intended for managing and maintaining the relationship with the User of the websites, as well as for information, statistics, and marketing of services and activities related thereto.
1.2 PTH INDUSTRIES informs that the legal basis supporting the above processing operations is the existence of a legitimate interest and, where applicable, the explicit consent of the data subject. 4 Consent for compliance with the LSSI-CE
In compliance with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, PTH INDUSTRIES will request the User’s express consent for the sending of commercial communications related to the website, offers, promotions, and its own services or those of third parties.
In each commercial communication, the User will have a simple and free mechanism to revoke the consent given, which may be done at any time by sending an email to help@xpro-tools.com.
In order to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, PTH INDUSTRIES EUROPE, S.L. has adopted the security levels required by current regulations and has implemented the necessary technical measures to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, or theft of personal data.
